Using an interweaving plotline featuring ten characters, the film follows their paths on this, the last day of school. Shot in real time, from the moment these characters wake up until the first bell, HEART OF AMERICA examines these explosive topics in a responsible manner and entertains while displaying the warning signs that are tearing apart at the fabric of society.
