A New Kid, A Hometown Bully And One Incredible Twist Of Fate

Twelve-year-old Sam Docherty and his family decide to leave the big city and start life over in a new town. The Docherty’s face a new set of problems when they find themselves ostracized by their new neighbors, particularly by Mack (Jeff Fahey), who lives across the street. When the local kids play a practical joke on Sam, it backfires, forcing Sam to make a life or death decision.
